Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for peak departures (June–August, December). Some tours fill up to 18 months ahead. That said, we do occasionally have last-minute availability — just ask.

Can I customise a tour itinerary?

Yes — all tours can be extended, modified, or built from scratch as a private bespoke journey. Tell us your wishlist and your advisor will design something tailored to you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation terms vary by tour and lead time. Full details are in our Booking Conditions. We strongly recommend adding trip protection from $99/pp.

Do you offer solo traveler tours?

Absolutely. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed on all group tours. We can also arrange a single supplement if you'd prefer a private room, or match you with another solo traveler to share costs.
